WHAT IS 3 v 3 LIVE?

3v3 Live was organized in 2001 with the goal of creating turnkey, quality-run sporting events around the country. Located in Saint George UT, 3v3 Live now operates over 180, Soccer Tournaments, camps and leagues annually. Our 3 v 3 soccer tournaments reach thousands of players from the USA, Canada, and Mexico of all ages (starting at 6 years old to adult) and all skill levels. We have also developed marketing strategies where we work with a local “Host” partner to create a successful event. Our goal is to come back year after year and help you raise some much-needed funds, and provide our HOST organization with a GREAT new turn-key tournament.

 

HOW DOES THE TOURNAMENT RUN?

3v3 Live is a one-day tournament open to teams of all skill levels from ages U6 to Adult. 3v3 Live Soccer fields are 30 yards by 40 yards so we can typically fit 4 of our fields per full-sided field. Goals which we provide are 4ft. by 8ft.Teams may register up to 6 players and the cost is typically $180 per team. For this fee, each team is guaranteed at least four games, each player will receive a tournament T-shirt and there is no additional fee for referees.  Each player on the top 3 teams in each division receives a custom medal and an invitation to the 3 v 3 Live Regional Finals.

 

3 V 3 LIVE WILL PROVIDE

 

  • A Tournament Director and staff.
  • Operational Expertise over 1000 3v3 Live tournaments executed in the past years
  • All goals and first rate equipment.
  • Team registration and fee processing on our web site www.3v3live.com
  • Schedule the event and post online
  • Tournament set up and take down
  • $2 Million liability insurance
  • Invitations to 3v3 Live National Finals
  • Marketing materials including full-color flyers, posters and sample emails
  • Payment and training of referees and assignor
  • Prizes for the event
  • T-Shirts for all participants
  • A dedicated tournament hot line for communications for event

NATIONAL Qualifier

The top 4 teams in each division from your tournament will receive invitations

to all of the 3v3 Live Soccer Regional’s and from there have to opportunity to qualify for the 3 v 3 Live Nationals at Disney World in January!!!

 

HOST WILL RECEIVE      

  • A TURN-KEY EVENT!!! 3v3 Live Provides all tournament execution, staff, and equipment.

 

  • Recognition as the exclusive partner. (Be a part of the National Tour!!!)

 

  • A contribution of $30 per paid team –This will be paid no later than 14 days following event. We will also pay back your $500 deposit if your tournament draws more than 40 paying teams.

 

  • Partner will also have opportunity to make additional revenues through food concessions and possibly gate fees.

 

  • Partner will also have on site special event rights for example Juggling contest, speed kick, 40 yard dash or others. (Clubs have made up to an additional $1000)

 

 HOST COMMITMENT (this will be a two year agreement)

  • Actively market the 3 v 3 Live Tournament throughout your area –**this is your major responsibility ** 3v3 Live will provide you with a marketing plan that has been proven effective for tournaments all over the country.

 

  • Supply the name and contact information of a referee assignor in the area (paid by 3v3 Live).

 

  • Pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve you date. There is no other out of pocket expenses for our host organization. This should be sent to: Glory Sports Productions ATT- Travis 385 86 S 320 E Ivins UT 84738. (We will pay back your $500 deposit if your tournament draws more than 40 paying teams and you will not be asked to pay deposit in following years.) This tells us if your club is serious about hosting and helps cover a small portion of the marketing costs.

 

  • Provide and line fields as 3v3 Live instructs.

 

  • Supply 2-4, day of event volunteers to assist the 3v3 Live staff.
